Karen Fancher
Secretary
Karen Fancher currently serves as secretary of the FORGE board of trustees. She is a native Ozarkian and grew up on a farm in Newton County. They raised cattle, hogs, chickens and a large garden. Life most farm families at the time, they raised most of what they ate. They knew what was in their food and, more importantly, what was not. She has been a nurse and a farmer for 30 years. This duality has forged a great appreciation for organic farming practices from health and environmental perspectives.
